Rotary Oktoberfest 5K & Fun Run

Our purpose is to support various local charities & local projects of area Rotary clubs.

     

2023 Sponsorship Levels

• 1-½ inch display of name on the back of the shirt – may include logo

• Name displayed on a banner during race

• Name displayed on race website – rotaryoktoberfest5k.com

• Name displayed on the bibs of all runners

• Recognition to be given on the day of the race

• Four race registrations

 

_____Gold Sponsors – $500

• ¾ inch display of name on the back of the shirt – may include logo

• Name displayed on a banner during race

• Name displayed on race website – rotaryoktoberfest5k.com

• Name displayed on the bibs of all runners

• Recognition to be given on the day of the race

• Two race registrations

• ½ inch display of name on the back of the shirt

• Name displayed on banner during race

• Recognition to be given on the day of the race

_____Bronze Sponsors – $100

• ½ inch display of name on the back of the shirt

All sponsors have the option of including promotions, gifts or flyers in the gift bags provided for all the runners. It would be helpful to have all Sponsor contributions submitted as soon as possible to allow us to properly promote the event.  (Note: to be included on the t-shirts, sponsor commitments need to be in by September 27th.
